In order to provide better access to this camp opportunity, we will follow the following enrollment process:

 

ENROLLMENT LOTTERY | March 1st - March 15th

Enrollment link will go “live” at 8am on March 1st and remain open until March 15th. If more kids register than spots are available, registration will be offered in a random lottery system with priority given to kids who qualify for Free and Reduced Meals (view federal standards here) for 50% of available spaces.

Results of the lottery will be shared by email on March 16th, along with any scholarship money that can be offered. Further registration materials (ie. liability waiver, medical forms, etc) will also be sent at that time. In order to hold the space offered, participants have until March 31st to return all forms and complete payment (amount due may be split into 3 monthly payments).

OPEN-ENROLLMENT | April 1 - Onward

If more spots remain after March 31st, they will be offered on a first come-first served basis, with payment and all registration materials due to be submitted at the time of enrollment, unless a payment plan is requested or scholarship money offered.

 

Camp location is shared with participants once all payments and materials have been submitted.

FRIEND REQUESTS

If a camper is attending the same session as a friend, there will be an opportunity on the registration paperwork to request placement in a cohort group together. Groups otherwise are made with an attempt to create mixed age and gender groups.

CANCELLATIONS 

If parents/guardians need to cancel their camp session, a full tuition refund, minus a $50 administration fee, can be made if parents/guardians notify us in writing, on or before May 15, 2024. After this date, we can only offer a refund if the camper's spot can be re-filled. Once the camp session has begun, there are no refunds for individual days not attended for illness, absence, or for officially ordered closure of any kind.
